Duties include, but are not limited to: • Reporting to the Regional Procurement Manager • Comparing prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among Archirodons suppliers for all the MENA regions projects (Egypt, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). • Preparing and reviewing comparative statements, purchase orders and requests for quotation. • Improving the quality of service to achieve best value and practice. • Ensuring that projects and procurement engineers comply with the purchasing and procurement guidelines of Archirodon. • Drafting and reviewing standard forms of contract and monitoring trades.

Completing the ordering process for computer related equipment based on the application orders from the departments and companies of ELLAKTOR group. In addition: • Bimonthly re-evaluation of offers received by suppliers regarding all IT related purchases • Communicating with suppliers for equipment availability and pricing on a daily basis. • Performing stock control and management.
