In this pivotal role, I was responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the PerfectDraft group's eCommerce operations. My key contributions included: • eCommerce Shipments Optimization: Improved the efficiency of eCommerce shipments by streamlining processes within the internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) and keg return flows. Successfully enhanced the omnichannel network and facilitated seamless connections from the filling lines to international storage sites. • ERP Implementation: Led the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP, ensuring seamless integration with the WMS and eCommerce sites. This initiative resulted in more efficient operations and better data visibility across the organization. • Leadership: As a key member of the leadership team, I played a crucial role in strategic decision-making and ensured alignment across all functional areas of the business.

As the Tech Director for ZX Ventures Ecosystem Services, I spearheaded several key initiatives to maximize collaboration across the group's eCommerce sites and breweries, notably Hertog Jan and Goose Island UK. My achievements included: • Cross-Entity Projects: Initiated and managed projects across ZX Ventures group entities to maximize collaboration between eCommerce sites and breweries. • CTO Role at Beer Hawk: Assumed the role of CTO at Beer Hawk (UK), part of the same group, and became a key member of the leadership team. • Technical Stack Strategy Alignment: Aligned the technical stack strategies between Beer Hawk and InterDrinks to eliminate redundancies and identify optimization opportunities. For instance, implemented InterDrinks' custom WMS at Beer Hawk starting September 2021. • Team Integration: Facilitated the integration of the French and English technical teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Joined a few weeks after the acquisition by AB-InBev and became a key member of the leadership team, managing the technical aspects of InterDrinks' online sales sites: saveur-biere and hopt. Successfully deployed in 7 countries (FR, BE, IT, ES, DE, NL, SE), making them the number one e-commerce sites for online beer sales in Europe. • Team Building and Development: Built and developed a multidisciplinary team from scratch to 30 members, including Tech, Product, UX/UI. • Supporting Marketing Teams: Collaborated with marketing teams to execute their commercial plans through technical solutions. • WMS and OMS Development: Developed in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) for a 10,000m2 warehouse and six warehouses in France, as part of an omnichannel click and collect strategy. • GDPR and Legal Compliance: Ensured GDPR compliance and legal conformity in collaboration with the group. • International Project Collaboration: Managed projects in collaboration with teams in London, New York, and Warsaw. • Platform Migration: Transitioned from a legacy platform to a modern Symfony and React-based stack, offering frontend, back-office, WMS, OMS, finance, and legal modules (excise duties, VAT, etc.).

Leveraging 13 years of experience as a music industry eCommerce founder, I shared my knowledge with various companies, guiding them through technical, marketing, and business challenges. My comprehensive skills enabled me to quickly understand the necessary actions to optimize clients' activities. My areas of expertise included: • Strategic Planning: Developed and implemented strategic plans to optimize clients' online presence and business operations. • Marketing Acquisition: Implemented effective marketing acquisition strategies to attract and retain customers. • Technical Expertise: Provided guidance on architecture, development, and team management to ensure the smooth running of eCommerce operations. Founded and led nuloop.com, a bilingual (French and English) e-commerce site specialized in the sale of vinyl records, sound equipment, DJ equipment, and musical instruments, achieving €3.7M in revenue in 2011. • E-commerce Strategy: Developed and implemented an e-commerce strategy aligned with commercial development. • T Infrastructure Management: Managed the complete IT infrastructure from the website to the ERP. • Process Optimization: Optimized tasks and processes, ensured synergy and coordinated services across departments. • Team Management: Managed a team of up to 17 employees, including recruitment. • Shareholder Relations: Conducted meetings and activity reporting with shareholders. • Merge & Acquisition of USA Import (Physical store in Lille + Website). Fun fact: nuloop.com was the first company in France to implement UPS shipping APIs and was subsequently used as a case study in the carrier's integration slides.
