Responsibilities: - Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Solaris Supercluster Exadata hosted Oracle MDM implementation supporting about 20 client applications through web services. - Oversaw day-to-day supervision, incident and problem management of the MDM system. - Acted as the subject matter expert on MDM matters and supported various business units. Achievements: - Upgraded the software from Siebel 8.0.0.1 to 8.1.1.5, incorporating hardware and data migration using Oracle Golden Gate and load balancers for minimal downtime. - Proposed, Designed and implemented changes to improve performance and data quality using Splunk for incident detection and monitoring KPIs in real-time. - Conducted metrology workshops for other business unit to define and align their requirements and technical KPIs.
