I created a coaching and training program for executives, grounded in neuroscience and AI, to help them save time on calendars, meetings, and prioritization. Results observed across 80 managers coached: significant time savings (up to 1 hour per day) and greater clarity of goals. ➡️ Project put on hold to focus on a full-time CFO role.

Co-founded and led a nonprofit start-up (budget €1.4M) that runs educational holiday camps for nearly 2,000 children per year. Expanded into 3 regions and 30 cities; managed a 30-person team. Established and managed public and private partnerships. I remain a board member of the association.

Led the turnaround of a three-entity consulting group (€9M revenue, 80 employees): profitability from 0% to 10% in two years and cash from €0 to €1M. Drove reorganization, implemented VSA ERP, secured the French Innovation Tax Credit (CII), cut month-end close from 4 months to under 1, and prepared the company for sale (vendor due diligence, data room).

Optimized the product portfolio. Implemented a Balanced Scorecard and a five-year business plan. Led the integration of a UK acquisition.

I worked as a volunteer in Cambodia for Missions Etrangères de Paris. In charge of the finance & administration of the Kompong Cham diocese. Management and development of a Cambodian accountant.
