Projects I produced on have been rewarded with 40+ awards such as Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Lovie Awards, Spinawards, D&AD Pencils, Sites of the day, FWA's.

Working as sr Project Manager mainly for Marriott Hotels (AC Hotels, Moxy Hotels, Marriott Rewards) as their digital and social agency. Budgets managed up to 150K.

Creative agency in the center of The Netherlands. FX is ambitious and continuously looking for innovative technologies to surprise their clients. As a Project Manager at FX I was fully responsible for online, digital and video projects from intake of the project to the final ‘go-live’ moment. I worked closely with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, developers and motion graphic designers. Clients I worked with are Deloitte, HEINEKEN, PostNL and Disney.

eFuture is an incubator for starting online enterprises (30-35 employees). As a project coordinator I was responsible for planning and managing the IT and design department (8-10 people), organising weekly and quarterly meeting, held interviews and performance reviews. I was the bridge between the commercial departments and the development team. Since copywriting was something I really enjoyed I wrote the monthly internal magazine. Next to being a project coordinator at eFuture I supported the eFuture enterprise Acervus. I maintained the website (front-end), helped develop sales materials and wrote articles for their blog on email marketing. I gained a lot of knowledge on website development and email marketing. Due to the crisis I decided, after talking to my manager, to look for a new job.

De Vormgevers (The Designers) is an allround (below-the-line) advertising agency. (15-20 employees). Responsible for own clients such as Heinz, VNU Exhibitions, Royal ERU. As an account/ project manager I managed the project from intake to invoice. Learned to manage multiple projects, creative problem solving, working under –time- pressure and keep a close eye on planning and budget.

As an Account and Marketing Manager it was my sole responsibility to make a success out of the Nationale Tijdschriftenbon (National magazine gift certificate) for both the private as well as the business market. Have a stand on business fairs, seeing new business opportunities, advertising, managing customer service reps. In my first year the revenue went from €100k to €1.1 million. -Nationale Tijdschriftenbon is now owned by Sanoma. It used to be an independent company called Read & View-
