As a Senior Engineering Team Leader, I spearheaded the development of cloud-based solutions aimed at maximising efficiency and innovation within FinOps. I streamlined team processes by promoting agility and collaboration, which significantly boosted productivity and technical problem-solving across teams. My role involved ensuring seamless system integration through effective cross-functional coordination, driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence. Key Achievements: ▪ Architected event-driven cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kafka to support new product based on Java-Spring microservices. ▪ Empowered agile team to manage entire software lifecycle: design, development, QA, security, observability, support, and maintenance. ▪ Advocated for team autonomy, becoming first fully autonomous team on AWS with DevOps practices in organisation. ▪ Challenged and transformed organisational structures to enable trust and autonomy in cloud product development.

During this tenure, I guided the OTT product line with a strong strategic vision, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence. I focused on developing the team and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure we delivered exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards. Key Achievements: ▪ Led four agile teams managing distinct products: OTT packager, OTT CDN, Hospitality server, and OTT server-side Ad Insertion. ▪ Improved product delivery by implementing quality processes, including acceptance criteria, unit, functional, API, smoke, and performance testing, reducing production issues. ▪ Collaborated with product and tech teams to launch the company's first containerised live OTT packager MVP in the cloud.

In that position, I managed multiple product teams with a strong focus on agile methodologies and technical excellence. I encouraged cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful project outcomes and advocated for closer customer integration in our agile processes, fostering greater visibility and trust. Key Achievements: ▪ Boosted team performance and communication, driving innovation and operational efficiency. ▪ Optimised workflows through the implementation of continuous improvement processes. ▪ Promoted operational awareness in agile teams, breaking silos and enhancing customer focus. ▪ Cut support ticket creation by over 50% through development of support/debug tools and improved collaboration. ▪ Established co-development team for AWS cloud-based product in partnership with major customer.

As a Team and Technical Lead, I took the initiative to integrate transcoding solutions and drive the adoption of cloud infrastructures. I provided training in Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to empower the team and enhance our capabilities. Additionally, I established best practices for DevOps and cloud operations to improve overall efficiency. Key Achievements: ▪ Improved system performance and reliability through continuous optimisation initiatives. ▪ Launched early MVP transcoder-packager pipeline on Microsoft Azure, establishing foundation for ATEME's cloud ambitions. ▪ Developed company's first containerised live transcoder solution at minimal cost, showcasing innovation and cost-effectiveness.

In that position, I led the TITAN Live team in creating real-time transcoding software. I enhanced our cloud transcoding capabilities by introducing continuous quality assurance measures. By working closely with stakeholders, I made sure that our project goals and deliverables were well aligned. I also championed agile methodologies, which greatly improved both team efficiency and product quality. Key Achievements: ▪ Pioneered SCRUM project management methodology, significantly improving project efficiency and team collaboration. ▪ Implemented CI/CD delivery processes, reducing build and deployment times from days to minutes and enhancing productivity. ▪ Integrated QA personnel into development teams and established QA practices, including automated test framework. ▪ Transformed RUN/BUILD ratio from 70/30 to 30/70, significantly increasing development efficiency and product quality.
