For Vegra Info Ltd I start to sell Archibus (nr.1 in TIFM solution) in Romania. Was a new business for Vegra Info. Our sell way start with identify prospect and continue with calls, meetings, demo, quote, contract, project management and survey. I build and coordinate sales team. I build with CEO the strategy for Romanian Market. Each project was between 50.000 and 250.000 Euro. Sales value increased to over 500.000 euro.

I make instalation, configuration, development, helpdesk and training for new or existing customers.

I make IT maintenance for a networks with over 100 computers in 10 locations. Also I make component changes in PC and in printers. I manage investment budget of over 100.000 euro/year.
