Once successfully completed, managed the decommissioning of internal supporting infrastructure, reducing overall costs. Managed several other migration and integrations of new acquisitions into Sodexo M365 tenant, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams etc. Managed the successful migration from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019, with external partners leading to significant cost savings in infrastructure. Collaborated with all internal and external partners, Security, Identity, Network and Collaboration for the successful deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms devices. Producing working guidelines for industrialised deployment and administration.

ATX Software is part of the Euronet organisation. ATX handles 30 million plus transactions a month from customers all over Europe, Africa, Middle East and South Asia. These transactions come from many devices, hand held terminals, ECR’s, smartphones and eCommerce sites etc. Responsible for IT and operations P&L, involving development and support teams in France, Germany and India, infrastructure teams and data centres in France and Middle East. Responsible for IT strategy within ATX / ePay, influenced by regular pre-sales meetings with new and existing customers, to ensure the IT roadmap matches present and future needs. Managed multiple projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from 1k€ - 3m€. Management of third party suppliers and contract negotiation. Implemented data warehousing policy and data governance policy, converging data from all the different systems within the organisation e.g. Log files and transactions etc. Implemented Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) to improve, harden and isolate the software platform in place, to provide a generic interface to the backoffice database and applications reducing customer on boarding and integration times by 80%. Put in place development project management best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and an Agile/Scrum methodology, improving capacity planning, resulting in a cost reduction of the offshore development team by 40%. Managed the migration of current customers and data (C++, SQL Server) to the Euronet Worldwide platform (C++, .NET, MySQL). 10 million devices worldwide, 6 Data Centres, 30 databases. Budget 5m€. Managed the migration of current customer base to more modern and robust hardware, rationalising the data centres and improving system uptime to 99.5%. Managed migration from Windows XP to Windows 7, Office 2003/2007 to Office 2010, and Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2010, 5,000 seats. Managed internal migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.

Providing strategic IT consultancy services, including Business Information and data warehousing and migration to Cloud services, specifically offered by Microsoft. Project management of SharePoint implementations and migrations from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010, for intranet portals, MIS reporting and project management, including team sites and integration with external third party systems. Clients; Avanade and Total.

Provided the IT strategy to increase the Microsoft offerings of Capgemini, within the Enterprise Content Management and Business Information skill centre. Specifically SharePoint, .NET and SQL Server. Participated and led client meetings, presentations and workshops, winning several big contracts with clients such as Société General, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole and France Telecom. France Telecom was specifically, data warehousing of call log data with Analysis services providing cubes and reporting, integrating with SharePoint and Excel. Co-ordinated development projects with offshore partners, using Agile/Scrum methodology. Collaborated on a go to market strategy for EMC, Microsoft and Capgemini with partners in the United States and Netherlands, enabling a SharePoint frontend to a Documentum backend.

Providing strategic IT consultancy services to many disparate clients within information systems, media, telecommunications, insurance, finance, government, transport and defence. Clients; GDF Suez, British Petroleum, Microsoft, Vodafone, Fujitsu, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Prudential, Ministry of Defence, Westinghouse Rail Systems. Co-ordination of outsourced third party suppliers. Project managed migrations from Microsoft CMS and Lotus Notes to SharePoint. Delivered farm architectures, installations, administration, deployment and developments, using Microsoft development stack (Visual Basic, .NET, C#, SQL Server, SharePoint, JQuery, AJAX, etc.) since 2006. Involved in full life cycle. Pre-sales, proposal development, client development, solution delivery (through constant client collaboration and workshops) and change management, with full business reporting, up to and including board level. Proficient in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Creation and implementation of disaster recovery strategies. Responsible for the enhancement, conversion and redevelopment for a Small Business website used by Microsoft to allow users to search, save and apply for European grants, based on their location within the EU. Web site is used in 18 different countries, hosted in Redmond USA. Management of 3rd party content providers (XML grant detail), translation (19 languages), creative, development and usability. Full lifecycle implementation adhering to Microsoft SDLC (Agile) Creation of lifecycle documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, creative briefs, handover and SLA’s, etc Ensured application adhered to Microsoft Security and Privacy standards.
