– Migrated and fully reconstructed the client's operational system from Google Sheets to Airtable, improving data structure, reliability, and scalability of the workflow management process. – Designing and implementing Airtable automations to streamline operational processes & reduce manual work. In total, 5 core workflows automated. – Building dashboards in Google Sheets with advanced functionality to track key operational and financial metrics, enabling clear visibility into business performance. – Developing spreadsheet-based system in Google Sheets to support the client's new payroll structure, incorporating complex pay rules and automated calculations.
