Localized a French Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the Canadian market. Led the roadmap and managed the backlog for clinical localization, coordinating across 10 agile squads. Worked closely with deployment and engineering teams across Europe and North America to keep everything in sync. Teamed up with a user club of clinicians and nurses to co-design a brand-new nursing care module that actually fits their daily routines. 🎯 Achievement: Delivered all the key developments needed to launch our Hospital Information System (HIS), making our first hospital network deployment in North America possible.

Explored market fit and led the MVP rollout for Canadian healthcare institutions. Backed the sales team on RFPs, ran tailored product demos, and helped shape our go-to-market strategy. 🎯 Achievement: Helped secure our first hospital contract in North America thanks to targeted client workshops and demos built around their real needs.

Led the implementation of EMR solutions across clinics and healthcare facilities in Quebec and Ontario. Responsible for needs assessment, deployment strategy, stakeholder coordination, and change management—including training, go-live support, and post-launch follow-up. Served as a key liaison between healthcare providers, product, development, and support teams. Contributed to software QA, process improvements, and the design of scalable eLearning and onboarding programs. Supported business development through product demos, RFP responses, and participation in industry events (eHealth, AQESSS). Kicked off Softway Medical’s expansion into Canada by laying the foundation for a strong local presence. • Worked hand-in-hand with our partner Purkinje to align our Hospital Information System (HIS) with the needs of the Canadian market - both clinically and regulatorily. • Trained their teams on the platform to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and product fluency. • Dove deep into the Canadian healthcare system to guide localization and market positioning, including early translation and regulatory adaptation for Québec. • Also pitched in on prospecting and repped the company at tradeshows, helping build early relationships with key healthcare players.

Led the implementation of HospitalManager (HIS) across several healthcare institutions. • Handled everything from change management and clinical process mapping to initial setup, training, and go-live support. • Worked closely with clinical teams through workshops and testing, making sure the solution fit their real workflows. • Also trained IT teams for long-term handover and represented the product in project and steering committees to keep things aligned and moving forward.

The TIMC-IMAG laboratory gathers scientists and clinicians towards the use of computer science and applied mathematics for understanding and controlling normal and pathological processes in biology and healthcare. This multi-disciplinary activity both contributes to the basic knowledge of those domains and to the development of systems for computer-assisted diagnosis and therapy. In that context i was responsible for the development and improvement of a medical device for mesuring soft tissue's elasticity in-vivo.
