Project Manager & Trainer (2014- current) Part-time In a country that emerged from a long history of Wars, the healing is a necessity to live in peace with the others. Our main task is to break the cycle of violence by doing some self-development work, healing our own wounds. I organized and co-trained 15 workshops for different groups that dealt with war, from phycologist, peace organizations, Syrian teachers and school counselor form the Ministry of Education.

VNGI (Union of Municipalities of the Netherlands), Lebanon Coordinator, (2015- 2017) The “LOGOReP Lebanon” Local Governance Resilience program with the goal of reducing the causes of tension between Syrian Refugees and Lebanese through support for the hosting country. My main tasks were to coordinate with the Dutch and local experts, , to organize the activities such as trainings, advisory missions, workshops, field assessments with municipalities and Syrian refugees ITS, roundtables and others. The main results were: a strategic Local Economic Development strategy for the Beqaa area, two pilot project plans in waste management, a program of “Next Generation Resilience program of youth in local governance that are well trained and developed to be future leaders. Developed with a great network of the local/International organizations, the local governmental organizations and municipal experts from the Netherlands.

A cost estimation software company based in Arizona, USA wants to develop into the MENA region. My main task was to recruit partners from the MENA region, develop existing relationships for better sales performance and train the partners. Where, we have managed to get 4 companies that are the country representatives with governmental projects.

Getting into a family business that has been running for 35 years with no specific system, I had the chance to restructure the whole business. My task was to put the business into a system standing by itself to be able to allow the growth of the company in international horizons. I developed business plans, strategies and targets for the sales department. I created SOPS, improved the sales and customer service, Developed the Human resources manual and system, trained and coached the employees into the new system and structure. A major business module and system was in place to start the growth internationally.

In the situation where, disabled people suffer from getting their rights in society, and live in a marginalized way, I have assisted in lobbying for their rights and developed: “Community Based Rehabilitation” Program. I have planned and executed many events to fundraise for developmental projects that serves the disabled and enlarger the community of volunteers and supporters. Main achievement, is the issuance of the handicapped right issued in 2002 and development of a portfolio of 10 projects that are still in use.
