As part of the migration plan from a private cloud to a public cloud, I acted as an intermediary between BNPP and IBM Cloud to manage requests for improvements to the target cloud.This involved: Gathering requirements from BNP Paribas teams Harmonizing and coordinating between the two entities Identifying risks and interdependencies Improving and transforming processes between the two entities Enhancing reporting tools: creating PowerBI reports Implementing ITSM tools Project size: 15 teams (~10 people/team) in international environment Environment: IBM Cloud; SAFe ; Excel ; VBA ; PowerBI ; Jira ; Github; Docker , kuberneties, MongoDB, VPE, VPC, MQ, KAFKA, IAM
