Designed and developed a software application dedicated to parsing and transforming powered injection system critical error log information from plain text to an easy to read, user friendly table format. Application developed in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013. Served as software lead on a cross functional team tasked to design, develop, and implement an Interoperability Verification & Validation Suite (IVVS) – an integrated virtual lab environment for use in verification and validation of software as well as demonstration purposes. Duties included procurement, installation, setup, and maintenance of all software components within the system: proprietary powered injection system software, proprietary informatics software, VMWare VSphere, Mac OSX, Windows 7. Implemented critical anti-virus updates to fielded service application devices as part of a dedicated team in support of the Bayer HealthCare Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Researched and documented best practices for leveraging Event Tracing for Windows in order to perform application performance tracking as part of powered injection system serviceability improvements.

I am currently in charge of teaching the Beginner's Wolof course.

I researched and presented a report on how IBM could leverage its portfolio of offers and products to better establish itself in Sub-Saharan Africa and add value to the region. The report was based on an analysis of the trends, opportunities and challenges of the IT sector within the sub-region. I also worked with the Technical Support Services (TSS) manager on a project to create individual client documents that include all IBM infrastructures each client has installed. The project, which dealt with client accounts from Senegal, Cameroon, Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Gabon and Burkina Faso, eased the process of finding specific IBM products for tracking and maintenance purposes.
