VDSS is an open multi-domain environment compatible with a customer’s present and future best practices. The environment enables companies to build and manage simulation models for multi domain usage to automate processes & workflow, to manage simulation content & data and to provide knowledge based decision support and automated reporting. - Main activity here is the implementation of the JSR 286 compliant portlets for Liferay portal as a thin-client platform and using AngularJs framework for modern UI/ UX. -Did R&D by implementing and comparing different docker private registry to choose from for the local platform (Portus/Harbor/portainer/shipyard,Linux, Docker). - Creating, optimizing docker images of the PAAS microservices and dockerizing different component of the platform (docker/Linux). -VDSS dashboard App (PAAS monitoring App) : Designing and implementing an application for the platform used by the company developers that update docker images/tags, stop/restart and check the health status of the running services in their local development environment. - VDSS uses Portlets (portlets 2.0 defined by the JSR-286) as an Angularjs web applications that run in a portion of a web page hosted in Liferay 7.0. - Technical Environment: •Spring Boot(Java 8/11) Python 3.6/NodeJs: Back-End. • Liferay with Angularjs: Front-End. • Git, Jenkins, Scrum: Continuous integration. • Docker, Mesosphere Marathon, Apache Mesos: High Availability, Multiple container runtimes, Stateful apps, Service Discovery & Load Balancing, Health Checks, Metrics and a complete REST API and Continuous delivery.

Vdot provides the increased visibility and flexibility you need to increase your team’s velocity and efficiency. -VDOT Client Execution delegate : creating and contributing in a desktop application based on JavaScript that enables VDSS to launch an application on the client machine, read the inputs from JSON file, monitor the stdout/stderr, download/upload files, managing multiple tasks and jobs executions at the same time. -VDOT Web Authoring : Workflow management application, used to track job executions and scheduling, importing/ exporting workflows the main tasks was adding new features, fixing backlogs, enhancing the existing features and maintaining the NPM packages for this application.
