– During my final year internship at CIRCET Morocco, I was tasked with addressing the critical business challenge of reducing financial penalties that resulted from human errors in after-sales service calls. – To solve this, I engineered and deployed a complete, autonomous vocal AI Agent designed to replace human assistants. – This end-to-end conversational solution utilized OpenAI's Whisper for high-accuracy speech-to-text transcription, a GPT-3.5-turbo LLM for intelligent decision-making, and ElevenLabs to provide natural text-to-speech responses. – The project involved a tech stack of Python, various APIs including OpenAI, Salesforce, and Twilio, and deployment technologies like Docker and GitLab.

– As a summer intern at DEV UM6P, I focused on improving data accessibility and analytical accuracy for non-technical teams. – I developed a dynamic dashboard application using Streamlit, which empowered users to generate custom reports and gain on-demand insights, significantly reducing the reliance on manual data pulls. – In addition, I implemented and fine-tuned BERT-based text processing models to automatically clean and structure raw datasets. – This initiative enhanced the quality of the data, which in turn improved the accuracy of downstream analytical tasks. – The core technologies used were Python, Streamlit, scikit-learn, BERT, and data visualization libraries like Plotly and Matplotlib.

– In my role as a summer intern at OCP Maintenance Solution, I worked on a predictive maintenance project to forecast equipment failures. – My responsibilities included collecting and preprocessing machine logs using Pandas for data preparation. – Following this, I implemented and evaluated several machine learning models, including logistic regression, decision tree, and random forest, to identify patterns indicative of future failures. – Through this process, I successfully developed a predictive model that achieved 80% accuracy in failure prediction, utilizing a stack of Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, and visualization tools like Matplotlib and Plotly.
