Working with Record Keeping Engineering team to support and enhance a multi-cluster Cisco Unified Communications environment spanning across 5 regions. I specialize in designing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration technologies (CUCM, Unity, UCCX) while ensuring seamless PSTN connectivity through Oracle SBCs and ISRs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of CUCM clusters, +E164 dialplans, and integration of voice solutions across diverse platforms. - Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents, leveraging strong expertise in SIP, MGCP, H.323, and PRI/E1 protocols. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure integrity, security, and compliance with SLAs. - Oversee firmware updates, patch deployments, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all telecommunication devices. - Provide technical support for 3rd-party PBX integrations and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. - Utilize Cisco’s TAC for swift issue resolution, and develop internal best practices to enhance team performance. - Provide advanced troubleshooting (packet captures, event logs...)

Au sein de l'équipe Architecture, Ingénierie et Qualification, j'interviens dans les aspects réseaux, sécurité et urbanisme au sein des projets d'infrastructures de Centre de Contacts et de Collaboration. J'analyse les besoins dans la phase d'étude et conception (dossiers d'architecture et documents d'ingénierie et POCs) et je valide les solutions retenues. J'assiste l'équipe d'exploitation dans les phases conséquentes pour la prise en main de la solution. Je traite les aspects d'architecture, urbanisme, réseaux et sécurité des solutions à base de Cisco UCCE/WxCC et son écosystème. J'assure également l'analyse des besoins et contribue à la rédaction des cahiers des charges et spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles.
