Introduction

As the Lead Big Data Engineer at SetGet, I have been instrumental in developing an immediate business intelligence platform on INWI's Cloud. This achievement was made possible through the use of advanced technologies like Spark, HDFS, Power BI, and Oracle Analytics, all integrated within Huawei's open data framework. This leading-edge solution enables our management and quality assurance teams to swiftly monitor service metrics and customer interactions. In another key project, I steered the BI platform development on INWI's Cloud, focusing on upgrading and revitalizing the SBO Reporting solution with the MSBI platform. This involved utilizing Oracle Cloud Database and SQL SERVER EE, incorporating SSIS for efficient ETL processes, SSRS for in-depth reporting, and SSAS for comprehensive data modeling. Additionally, we harnessed Power BI Service for crafting dynamic dashboards, thereby equipping our teams with the ability to almost instantaneously monitor service metrics and customer experience data, significantly enhancing decision-making processes. At SetGet, I also implemented a hybrid reporting system using Huawei's Datafactory Tools. This innovative approach merged real-time and batch processing, leveraging technologies such as ETL, DataCube, Hadoop, and Spark, thereby vastly improving data governance and decision-making at INWI. My educational foundation in computer engineering from Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées d'Al Hoceima is further strengthened by multiple certifications in data analytics, cloud computing, and Azure DevOps from Coursera, underscoring my dedication to ongoing learning and professional development. My technical prowess encompasses Java, Python, PySpark, DataCube, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Hive, HDFS, and Databricks Lakehouse.
