Role Description: As a member of a team of 20 professionals, I contribute to ensuring the successful conduct of flight tests for both developmental and series aircraft. Team Responsibilities: Our team plays a central role in flight testing operations, overseeing the daily test planning for production sites in Toulouse and Hamburg. Scope of Operations: - Managing the entire process from aircraft reception at the assembly line to final delivery to customers. - Planning and assigning crews for various activities, including engine tests, rejected take-offs (RTO), first flights, technical verification flights, and customer flights (CAF) across all A320, A330, and A350 programs. Collaboration: Operating across Toulouse and Hamburg, our team collaborates closely with diverse stakeholders, including flight test engineers, ground test engineers, cabin crew, pilots, and operational support groups. My Responsibilities Include: - Contributing to defining indicator specifications in collaboration with the planning team to enhance operational performance. - Supporting the consolidation and analysis of data from Skywise, providing essential deliverables such as KPIs, reports, performance analysis, and business recommendations. - Assisting in implementing and industrializing data analysis algorithms. - Expanding our analytical scope to encompass areas such as re-flight activities and the utilization of sustainable aircraft fuel (SAF). Skills Developed: - Proficiency in digital platforms like Skywise, Contour, Slate, and Code Repository. - Programming skills in Python and Pyspark for effective data analysis. - Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Looker Studio and Google App Script, for data visualization and analysis. - Experienced in data management and analysis, capable of deriving meaningful insights. - Strong soft skills, including customer orientation, project management proficiency (Waterfall and Agile methodologies), and effective teamwork abilities.
