In the purpose of monitoring the factory performance, I was charged to commission a System Performance Indicator (SPI) throughout a cross-functional project. • Establishing a benchmark to L’Oréal Factories, so as to see the use of SPI from inside and actions taken to overcome difficulties. • Coordinating a cross-functional work team (Manufacturing, technic, Business analysis, HR, IT). Leading the meetings, motivating stakeholders and making reports. • Working on the technical specifications with the team members and suppliers. • Planning the project: Defining and mapping the project activities (Work Breakdown Structure), Estimating activity durations, Developing the project schedule by considering the resource requirements and calendar, Controlling and updating the project schedule, Applying corrective actions. • Implementing indicators control: Controlling causes of change from baselines, Performing indicators monitoring to recognize and understand indicators variances, Communicating the indicators changes to the stakeholders, Working to bring and maintain indicators within the scope. • Training of 110 collaborators via theoretical and practical sessions, Monitoring knowledge throughout Quizz, Editing the user’s guide. • Establishing a change management strategy during the project phases by using Flash news, One Point Line, Video and training sessions. • Working on indicators report by automating the analysis via Excel and VBA.

So as to improve the factory quality process, I worked on implementing the FMEA method. • Improving the Quality of the Production Process by realizing FMEA (AMDEC process) as part of ISO 9000 Standards. • Implementing Control Plans. • Using the Global 8 Discipline (G8D) to analyze failures and identify Action Plan. • Monitoring KPIs to optimize the Production Process.
