Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordinate & Deploy corporate cross-functional initiatives across the Group • Assist internal Executive Management in translating their strategy into organization design • Assess the Transformation Business case - Evaluate cost-benefit impact for restructuring opportunities and organizational risks & synergies for transactions • Assess the effectiveness of existing and proposed organization designs and act a gate keeper The assessment involves: diagnosing problems with current organization structure; identifying areas for potential process improvement; planning for business changes; and determining appropriate interventions to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness, to support strategic goals. Key achievements include: • IPO readiness - Organization Design (OD) for Investor Relations, External Reporting and Sustainability / ESG Office • Procurement & Supply-chain cost reduction - Restructure supply-chain organization and simplify process simplification. • Restructure and establish strategic organizations - Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Tax, etc.
