Reporting to the Strategy Director, I am in charge of planning consolidation from both technical and business perspective, building project budget framework and ensuring follow up, setting up performance dashboards, launching communication activities and defining governance guidelines. - Performance management - PMO (Program Management Office) - Corporate Governance - Strategic planning

* Development and follow-up of Technical Dashboard & anomalies treatments. * Management of the sites planning and network coverage (coordination with the marketing, Radio & transmission services for network design and sites locations). * Establishment of the technical reports/ratios; Management & KPIs for Wataniya telecom International, ARPT & Telecommunication Ministry. * Management of the ARPT Network tests (post and telecommunications authority of regulation). * Follow-up and realization of planning’s of various projects in collaboration with the Technical direction services. * Interconnections meeting coordination CBT (Technical bilateral committee)

* Responsible for end-2-end monitoring, tracking & thus reporting of the entire project. * Responsible for resourcing requirements for the project. Responsible for all administration tasks for the project. * Interact with vendors at a contractual level. Address escalations from the operation s team and build a working relationship with the vendor. * Collate, process and present 2G network key performance indicators (BSS, BSC, NSS, Transmission & deployment)
