- Led a team of 9 developers (5 on-site, 4 remote in Morocco): hiring, onboarding, skills development, day-to-day delivery. - Drove the migration to a micro-frontends architecture on the B.i.G project and e-SIM features, coordinating across the distributed team. - Reduced technical debt and reworked the software architecture: test coverage from 5% to 65% on migrated modules, build time from 25 to 10 minutes.

- Managed a team of 4 developers: hiring, onboarding, skills development, planning. - Led the migration from BM (PHP, REST) to CX (Node.js / GraphQL / Apollo): scoping, target architecture, implementation. - Technical and visual rebuild of the checkout: architecture proposal, incremental migration plan, refactoring and integration. - Owned delivery: testing, production releases, feature flags, regression monitoring.

- Managed a team of 3 developers, Jira and planning ownership. - Designed and implemented a new frontend architecture, set up CI/CD, introduced unit testing and Storybook. - Built the New Authenticated Space (NEA) and maintained existing services in production.

- Reworked the React/Redux presentation layer architecture of the Baps-ETT and Baps-NG applications. - Contributed to hiring and to structuring the frontend team. - System design, UI development, Bootstrap integration for responsive rendering.

- Rewrote the Silverlight interface of the Quintessence application in React/Redux. - Set up the React/Redux architecture and trained two developers on the stack. - Adapted ASP.NET services and controllers to integrate with the new frontend.
