As the Expert WMS/EWM Project Manager at Bolloré Logistics, I oversaw the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple sites in the Indian Pacific region & CDG Paris. My responsibilities included: • Decisive Optimization: Rapidly addressed client dissatisfaction by executing critical functional upgrades within four months, dramatically stabilizing WMS/EWM operations and ensuring a successful turnaround • Strategic Integration: Directed the seamless integration of logistics activities for key clients such as Nestlé, Danone, and Mondelez, maintaining uninterrupted service across diverse regions. • Leadership in Project Management: Oversaw three strategic eight-month projects, enhancing WMS/EWM capabilities, optimizing EDI flows, and delivering comprehensive turnkey solutions that surpassed client expectations. • Collaboration and Empowerment: Led cross-functional teams through complex system customizations, conducted detailed risk assessments, and managed vendor negotiations, ensuring projects adhered to strict timelines and budgets. Effectively trained key users, enhancing their operational proficiency and system management. While in my role, I successfully delivered several WMS/EWM projects that improved inventory accuracy, increased operational efficiency, and reduced costs. My expertise in project management, vendor management, and WMS implementation contributed significantly to the success of the organization.

Reliability of a warehouse (Advanced stock) having a strategic role for my client. Securing logistics flows between 2 WMS (Speed ​​/ Infolog) and third parties. Assess thebusiness needs (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Industrial sites) and possible solutions. - Identify and Formalize thoseneeds through Business Process Modelling - Organise the design workshops with relevant stakeholders. - Communicate progress and activities achievements to the stakeholders through ( Domains’ meeting , IT director and Distribution Domain Leader) -Participate in the design (including configuration definition). - Write the functional and technical IT Requirements and get them signed up by the stakeholders for validation. - Coordinate the IT activities necessary for the project, especially the development of interfaces with Servier’s systems and its logistics partners. - Guarantee that user tests and validation (OQ, PQ) have been done according to Servier’s Quality directives. - Participate to the run mode activities together with the B2R Project Manager - Complete Architecture design with the IT Integration Project Manager - Report to the Distribution Domain Leader.

Benchmarking WMS solutions to choice a new WMS solution. Develops functional and technical project requirements. Ensures project integrations meet required scalability and reliability standards. Integration of WMS "Speed" for E-commerce activity. Upgrade of "Logidrive" ( WMS) for retail activity . WMS Testing. Implementation of transporters flows (colissimo, Socloz, relays, click & collect).
