DRA/DEA & SBC (I-SBC and A-SBC) & STP/MNP Delivery & NGN Extension & IGW Swap from Alcatel & Ericsson to Huawei projects: – Supporting Sales in Technical Review of Bidding Document. – Preparing HLD/LLD of DRA/DEA & SBC (I-SBC and A-SBC) & STP/MNP Solutions & NGN extension. – Commissioning & Integration & Acceptance & Cutover of all these solutions. – Support swapping TDM/ SIP operators from old Ericsson AXE and SIEMENS EWSD to new Huawei international Gateway (2*MSC + 4*SBC + 2*MGW). – Integration of STP platform with other NEs (MSS, SGSN, HLR, SMSC, MMSC, Roaming platform, Steering platform...) Maintenance and Customer support for below platforms: – NGN (2*Softx3000 and 5*MGWs) + old Local exchanges (CC08). – CEM Platform (SEQ + Probes) – STP (2*SG7000). – Supporting in Commissioning & Integration & Acceptance & Cutover of whole SDB solution.

New MSC Server (ATCA) Cutover Project: – Software installation & Commissioning & integration & Cutover of ATCA MSC Server. – Implementation of MSC Pool Solution. – Interworking with HLR/SMSC/IN/VAS Services. Maintenance and Customer support for below platforms: – Opening, Handling and troubleshooting of daily issues on the network. – Patching & updating of CPCI MSC and MGW (SSM-160 (ATCA), SSM-32, and SSM-256). – Hardware replacement for risky boards in both CPCI MSCs and MGWs.

Maintenance and Customer support for below platforms: – Patching/ updating of ATCA HLR. – Preparing KPI Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports to Customer/Huawei with comments. – Opening, Handling and troubleshooting tickets (SR). – Preparing Network Tuning Tasks (RFC): HLR redundancy test, MSC bypasses OCS... – Monthly prepare Network rectification plan (patch updates). – Doing routine action: create 2G/3G sites on MSC side, modify Routing on MSC / SG7000 (STP) side, Change subscriber data on HSS (provisioning), add/remove M3UA/M2UA/Associations /ISUP/MTP associations on MSC / MGW / STP / HSS side, Modify data related to MNP (number portability) on SG7000 (STP) side... – Hardware expansion of signaling boards in CPCI MSCs.

HLR Swap from old CPCI to new ATCA hardware Project: – Supporting in Preparing HLD/LLD of HLR part. – Supporting in Commissioning & Integration & Acceptance & Swap to new ATCA HLR. Maintenance and Customer support for below platforms: – Opening, Handling and troubleshooting of daily issues on the network – Preparing weekly/monthly Capacity management & Performance reports of Core Network NEs (CS/PS).

DRA/DEA Delivery Project: – Preparing the Technical proposal of the project including understading Customer requirements, providing Huawei solutions (HW & SW platforms, Capacity Scalability, Network convergence, IOT Experience, O&M, tools, KPI monitoring, traffic flow tracing ...). – Preparing with presales team and disscuss with customer the Warranty & Post-warranty Service Proposal including: Service Description (Help desk, CSR handling, On-site technical support, Emergency recovery, Software update...), service SLA (probem level, service availability, response time, WA time, resolution time...), Responsibility Matrix, spare parts. – Preparing Delivery plan for DRA/DEA. – Preparing the HLD (High Level Design) / LLD (Low Level Design) of DRA/DEA.

eMSC Server (MGCF/eSRVCC) & MGW & DRA/DEA Delivery Projects: – Site survey, Design (HLD/LLD) Commissioning, integration and SW upgrade of ATCA MSC Server, MGW (SSM-160 (ATCA), SSM-32, and SSM-256) and DRA/DEA. – Integration of LTE roaming IN & OUT, Topology hiding, Diameter Message Duplication, Session binding features on DRA as per Customer requirements. – Integration of CS Fallback, eSRVCC, MGCF features on MSS to Handover 4G subscribers on 2G/3G Network and prepare related LLD (low level design). – Unit expansion for MGWs and MSSs (VPU, S2L & S4L (STM-1) ...). – Preparing & following hardware and functional acceptance tests with customer. – Swapping of Core nodes from M2000 (Old OSS) to U2000 (New OSS) and create new nodes on U2000 after adding their related Mediation layer files. – Using U2000 (OSS) to get Performance graphs.
