Contributed to the digitalisation and automation of Schneider Electric’s EcoCare service offering, ensuring seamless tendering, customer relationship management, and operational workflows. Tâches : - Inventorier les cas de test du domaine "Demand" sur les modules SAP ECC (MM, SD) et APO (DP). - Référencer ces cas de test dans l'outil SQUASH. - Concevoir et piloter les campagnes de tests en collaboration avec les architectes fonctionnels. - Exécuter les campagnes de tests et communiquer les résultats. - Initier les tests automatisés à l'aide de Playwright pour l'équipe SPOT. - Initier une démarche d'amélioration continue dans le domaine, en capitalisant sur les événements de production pour enrichir les cas de test. - Maintenir une liste complète et à jour des cas de test. - Produire des rapports de tests détaillés. - Mesurer et améliorer le taux de régressions. - Diriger et accompagner quatre équipes et soutenir les ingénieurs dans le processus de qualité. - Identifier, élaborer et communiquer des KPI pour le processus de qualité lors des campagnes de tests. Assistant Professor - IT - Informatique / Business / Management / E-commerce / E-health Faculties : - Faculty of Health Engineering & Management - Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences Enseignant-chercheur en informatique de gestion Details : As part of my career at the university of Lille as well as through my preparation for my thesis defense, I worked with different cities mainly Lille (FR) but others as well : Bordeaux, Lisbon, Grenoble and Strasbourg. The work done thoroughly in collaboration with the city of Lille included surveying, interviewing, data collection, data analysis. I have proposed a framework for digital participatory governance within the city of Lille. I also designed and implemented a pilot platform using Python Django, Jquery and Postgres/PostGIS database management system. The application I developed was part of the smart city vision therefore it present a corner stone component of the smart city project. I also worked on the system analysis part as well as the software testing aspect (unit and acceptance) in order to ensure that the pilot application is - almost - bug free. Other tasks during my PhD included teaching, conferencing and participating in hackathon events in the field of information and communication technology such as the Dutch-French Hackathon held in the Technical University of Eindhoven.
