● Placed at the Maintenance and Utilities Department for 3 weeks each. ● Studied different equipment, machinery, mechanical components and processes being used to assist production of Urea and their limitations of applications ● Studied major plant operations, machinery API PILOT publications and safe industrial practices ● Attended safety training course at FFC Technical Training Center, included critical safety equipment and process safety indicators training

● Worked as a Intern at TOTAL Parco MFM MOGAS Project ● Understood and Learnt the layout and working of the plant. ● Learnt to read and implement P&ID and Isometric drawings , and Method Statements ● Re-designing of the amended Fire Water tank design on Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D ● Performed Holiday Testing , Non-Destructive Testing ,on underground pipes ● Inspection of structures and sheds erections. ● Daily SITE inspection , compilation of Inspection Reports (IR) ● Learnt and worked under Sr.Engineer on successful Hydro-static Testing of Fire Water Tank based on API 650 standards. ● Studied and got hands on experience of Sand Blasting of Slope Tank based on API 650 standards.

● Visits in different departments of the plant to give us idea about different fields and their work scope. ● Reviewed invoices, identified the important transaction details and updated the database of orders; ● Basic industrial application and uses of SAP ● Conducted warehouse checks to ensure correct placement of items and cleanness of premises
