– Provide day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the data center components in a private cloud multiple datacenter. – Manage Nutanix HCI Clusters, PRISM Elements, PRISM Center, Nutanix File, Nutanix Calm, Nutanix Flow, Nutanix Replication. – Build, install, configure and maintain VMware products including vSphere 7.0, ESXi Servers, vCenter 6.5 (vMotion, DRS, HA, FT, cloning, snapshots). – Manage server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2012, 2019 and administering Active Directory, DNS, MS SQL Servers, IIS Servers. – Manage Compute/ Storage Systems (HP Blades, Synergy, HP MSA, HP Storeonce). – Manage Network Security using FortiGate NGFW (IPS, AV, SSL Inspection, Web Filtering, Firewall Policies), Fortiweb WAF (Web threats prevention, Zero Day protection, DDOS protection), Fortianalyzer. – Provide business continuity through backup procedures, periodic testing of outage scenarios using Veeam Backup & Replication. – Manage / Operate SolarWinds Monitoring Solution, monitor all IT Resources to evaluate Systems/Networks/Databases/Applications availability & performance. – ITSM management using Manage-Engine Service Desk Plus. – Patch management using Manage-Engine Endpoint Central – Manage Public Cloud on AWS (S3, EC2, ELB, VPC, IAM...). – Research root cause of problems and escalate to engineering and vendor support as necessary. – Participate in Technical Development Solutions and Projects.

– Provide day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the data center active/passive components. – Build, install, configure and maintain VMware products including vSphere 6.5, ESXi Servers, vCenter features (v-motion, cloning, snapshots..etc) – Manage Storage Systems (EMC Isilon, EMC VNX block, Synology) with different protocols NFS,SMB,CIFS, ISCSI, LUN Mapping. – Manage Network Security using Fortigate NGFW (IPS, AV, SSL Inspection, Web Filtering, Firewall Policies), Fortiweb WAF (Web threats prevention, Zero Day protection, DOS protection), Fortianalyzer, Fortimanager. – Provides business continuity through backup and restore procedures, and periodic testing of outage scenarios using Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis Data Protection. – Implement PRTG Monitoring Solution, and monitor all the IT Resources, to evaluate Systems/Networks/Databases/Applications performance and ensure that the systems/networks are up and running. – Manage a server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 and administering Active Directory (AD), DNS, WSUS, WDS & GPO's. – Manage Public Cloud on AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, IAM...etc) – Research root cause of problems and escalate to engineering and vendor support as necessary. – Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. – Participate in Technical Development Solutions and Projects. – Completes miscellaneous MIS tasks as directed by IT Management. – Assist in network planning, security and administration.

– Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and software and related infrastructure. – Managing Apple platform Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server including AFP/SMB/FTP/Profile Manager/MDM, NetBoot Images, and Local Software Update Server. – Promise SAN Storage Management & Troubleshooting. – Managing, Implementing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Active Directory Infrastructure, DNS Server, DHCP Server, SQL Server, WSUS, GPO's. – Managing and troubleshooting Virtual Environment using a Hyper-V Manager, VMWARE Sphere 5.5 – Monitor Business critical servers/databases/applications using Zabbix Monitoring tool. – Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. – Maintain, Troubleshoot Networks, LAN, WAN, WLAN and VLAN (CISCO switches & Access Points), Hikvision CCTV, ZK Time Attendance – Managing Office 365 Subscription portal, Google G-Suite. – Managing & troubleshooting the needed OS & software's & licenses needed in the campus (AVID ProTools, iLok Manager, Reason, Logic Pro X, Autodesk, Adobe CC, Final Cut Pro Χ...). – Managing & Troubleshooting AVAYA IP Telephony System (IP Office Manager). – Installation, Manage first level support & Managing Roles and Administration for ERP Microsoft Dynamics CRM & AX 2012 Systems (Infrastructure Level). – Managing Internet Inbound /Outbound Security & Firewall System (Dell Sonic Wall UTM). – Managing worry free Trend Micro Anti Virus Business Advanced Control Manager. – Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. – Perform daily backup operations, Database maintenance plans to ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.

– Install, configure and administer all features & services in Mac OS X and Mac OS X server – Maintain Apple servers and workstations. – Train customers on Apple products – Install, configure and maintain Microsoft windows servers and workstations. – Implementation and Installation for Volicon Logging and Monitoring Systems at Audio Visual Commission including of 16 Servers and 21 Receiving units. – Adhere to the customer service strategies, policies and procedures to ensure high level of efficiency and quality of service – Update systems as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out – Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures

– Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
