[email protected] +212 610612025 Mohammed HAMOUMI is an alumnus of Polytech Lille, the prestigious public engineering school of the University of Lille in France. He holds an MBA from EHTP/ENPC - School of International Management Paris, and a Doctorate in Engineering Sciences with highest honors from ENSEM, titled "Deployment of Operational Excellence: Towards a model adapted to companies in the automotive sector in Morocco." He began his career in 2006 at STMicroelectronics Morocco, where he spent seven years in various management roles encompassing test engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, even developing the DINNA problem analysis tool and leading internal training in methodologies like FMEA and SPC. In 2012, he joined the LEONI Group as a quality manager for the automotive sector, significantly reducing customer complaints for projects with SOMACA and Renault Tanger. Progressing to CIF in 2014 as Quality Director, he gained expertise in plastic production and eco-friendly packaging, enhancing customer satisfaction through international visits. In 2017, he established and managed quality and engineering departments for the PSA Kenitra plant startup, including supplier audits and team training, complemented by extensive visits to PSA's global plants before pursuing a doctorate in industrial engineering. Since 2019, he has been a Lead Auditor and certified trainer at BUREAU VERITAS, leading numerous training sessions in automotive and management fields, covering a wide range of quality tools and methodologies. He is IRCA certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, IATF 16949 V2016, APSAD standards, NEBOSH, and Black Belt Six Sigma. Since 2016, he has been the founder and president of the HiQuality Management association, which has allowed him to organize and lead 68 seminars in faculties and higher education institutions in Morocco as a speaker. Finally, having visited the majority of automotive supplier plants in Morocco as a trainer or auditor, he has been able to consolidate his knowledge and build a solid network within the Moroccan automotive industry.
