Introduction

I recently worked as a Pega Consultant SSA in Ayvens. I worked as Senior PEGA developer in Rabobank with a team of 10+ members leading and helping team to build/enhance Financial restructuring and recovery digital process to handle all end user's issues that are related to products bought from the bank. Prior to that, I worked for Cognizant as a Pega Senior Engineer/Team Leader in a Banking Domain. Worked for IBM as a Server Engineer, Mphasis as a Pega Junior Engineer for Vodafone client. I have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Requirements gathering, Quality Assurance, High level designs, Pega Devops, REST/SOAP API's, Reports, JMS services, File listeners, Error handling mechanisms, PDM and other topics. I always keep future changes in mind while implementing any new functionality. I truly believe in a concept called BUILD FOR CHANGE. Apart from my usual work, I try to find a way to improvise the existing implementations to make it more robust, reusable and efficient. Am a Team player who always like to share knowledge with others and learn from them. Though, I believe that Certifications doesn't solely describe the intent & practical knowledge of a person, It's handy and I hold Pega CSSA 7.2 & CPBA 8.4. I believe that the top three key factors in achieving great results in any field are INTENT, DESCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY. When we have these, we can achieve just anything in our lives!!! I consider 5 things while building software, 1. REUSABILITY 2. SECURITY 3. PERFORMANCE 4. EASEABILITY 5. CODE EFFICIENCY
