- ESG Research and Ratings: Conduct research and assessments of companies’ Environmental, Social, and Governance performance, along with their CSR strategies, adhering to Moody's processes and quality standards (𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬: Automobiles, Aerospace, Mechanical Components, Electrical Components and Equipment, and Industrial Goods and Services). - Sector Lead: Ensure a smooth execution of ESG ratings carried out by a team of 7 analysts, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining the quality of deliverables. Respond to internal and external inquiries, including sales team, clients, issuers and other stakeholders, produce comprehensive automotive sector reports, and develop training materials. - Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary reference for matters related to Quality/Product Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management, including ISO standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. - ESG Methodology Tutor: Provide daily tutoring on the ESG rating methodology to new team members. - Quality Reviewer: Ensure the highest standards of quality control for ESG research conducted within the industrial cluster. - ESG Methodology Improvement Team Member: Actively contribute to the enhancement of ESG methodologies. - ESG Incident Monitoring: Monitor ESG incidents and controversies, assess associated risks and opportunities, and provide timely ESG alerts and reports to clients. - AI Champion: Part of a team of 10 associates working on leveraging the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in ESG Assessments. - AI Project Team Leader: Leading a team of 7 associates to promote the use of a set of AI tools provided by Moody's to increase the efficiency of ESG associates' daily work through various initiatives, including trainings, workshops, toolkits...etc.

- HSE Reporting: Conducted a gap analysis to identify HSE and food safety issues, then reported the findings to the CEO. - Risk Assessment and Management: Conducted risk assessments, evaluated Pre-requisite Programs (PRP) & Operational Pre-requisite Programs (OPRP), updated HACCP Plans, and proposed action plans. - Customer Specification Analysis: Processed and analyzed customer specifications to ensure alignment with product offerings. - Employee Training: Raised employee awareness on the Quality policy and Good Hygienic Practices (GHPs). - Quality Control: Supervised all production processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
