My roles in Etherion are the general management and organisation of the company and the financial and administrative management. Consulting missions intended to support teams to manage cash breaks. Analysis and interpretation of cash breaks in Calypso : - Observation of the cash break - Investigation into the cash break from its creation - Studies of cash break in back office systems - Research of a solution to resolve outstanding cash breaks Studies and learning of back office securities activities : - Analysis of business needs - Observation of the link between BO securities activities and cash breaks - Understanding the processes Proposal for improving the management of cash breaks : - Training to professional BO team members on the management of cash breaks - Reporting of issues and solutions for general and specific cases - Be a source of proposals to reduce the daily stock of cash breaks Management of claims on bonds : - Analysis and writing of claim sheets - Reporting incidents to the risk team - Accounting for claims Backlog management (old cash break) : - Analysis and resolution of cash breaks in provisions - Update cash breaks during weekly meetings
