Working languages: French, English, Spanish, and Romanian I participated in several projects to improve the Documentation Centre's visibility using online digital tools always with a user-centric approach in mind. Results: overall budget doubled, 50% more information requests from members and staff, implementation of new products and services A glimpse of the projects I worked on: Alma & Primo implementation (cloud systems), organization of meetings and writers events (20+ events), participation in organizing communication campaigns (10+), in charge of the relation with suppliers, developing institutional (3+ European Institutions) and academic networks (2), new system training (100+ staff trained in 3 months). I have acquired a deep knowledge of Controlled Vocabularies (EUROVOC).
