For this implementation I had a team of eight consultants from Europe, the U.S., and China, along with five cross-functional analysts. I oversaw all workstreams across scope, timeline, resources, and budget using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and customized management tools. – Actively contributed to solution design workshops to ensure end-to-end process alignment and consistency across business areas. I used Jira to track the requirements being developed or configured. – Collaborated with the client to develop a new Target Operating Model (TOM) reflecting process and role changes resulting by the software introduction. Designed and executed a comprehensive change management strategy, driving effective communication, user adoption, and supplier onboarding. – Project Manager with a team composed of local and german consultants for the roll-out of the eProcurement solution at TK Elevator France and China. – Project Manager who successfully deployed a eProcurement solution tailored for TK Elevator's manufacturing production plants across North America.
