– Integration of Ivanhoe Cambridge and Otera Capital : Integration of subsidiaries into the D365FO system. – Implementation of rebilling ows between the subsidiaries in order to optimise taxes. – Analysis of the businesses, how they will impact the company and how best we can integrate them. Addition of more than 50 ows for a total exceeding 100 ows. – Organizing strategy meetings to initiate the changes. Allocation of roles to have the global picture and decide how employees will be integrated in the structure. – Process design for all the ows between the subsidiaries. – Acting as a gateway between tax and legal teams to ensure that all the requirements are met and challenged so we are sure that everything is meaningful. – Creation of presentations and reports for the reviews with the management (Vice President Level (PVP)) – Migration project from Microsoft Dynamics AX to D365 FO : Modules concerned: Accounts payable, recevable, budgeting, general ledger. – Understanding the business needs of the nance teams and liaising with IT specialists to establish the right course of action for this cross-functional project. – Identication of potential risks to expense recognition and proper budget monitoring (integration into the nancial planning system, variable pay, supplier payments, invoice and customer management) – Creation of procedures and updating of post-implementation processes – Ongoing support and change management, including user training – Monitoring of post-implementation issues to ensure user satisfaction – Setting up dashboards in Power BI to analyse nancial reports by business sector.

– Project management with Agile methods: Collect the need from business teams. Analyse and challenge business requirements to perform a first impact assessment on applications. Act as interface between business and IT teams and ensure the correct implementation of requirements Manage change request from business teams and ensure the integration of additional requirements Define and perform testing cases – Support client onboarding challenges and functional issues on Appscho: Handling ticket incident received via the application. Challenge the need and allocate the ticket to relevant team. – KPI Monitoring: Analyse utilisation rate of the applications. Assess performance of features with users. Preparation of reporting documents on the results to the sales team and top management.

– Management du BDE (52 membres). – Préparation d'événements comme le gala, les week-ends culturels et sportifs, weekend d'intégration, etc. – Défense du budget alloué à l'associatif auprès du conseil de direction.
