Stategy & Consulting - Energy Transition Key projects I have been working on : • Set up of TotalEnergies Digital Factory (new entity to accelerate the Group's transformation) – Main activities: working closely with the CDO of the Group to define the strategy of the organization & the processes. Set up of an Innovation Fund to drive innovation agenda around key topics (Green Hydrogen, V2G, Renewables & digital, etc.) • Set up of a CSR Team for the Digital Factory of TotalEnergies : team set-up and run around 3 main identified pillars (roadmap, KPI definition and follow-up) • Set up of ENGIE Impact (new entity that deliver sustainability solutions and services to corporations, cities and governments) – Mains Activities: definition of the organization, the sustainability offers, the workforce tool, implementation of the sales department strategy and go to market approach [Internal] Participate in point of views (Renewables, Electric Vehicles, H2 etc.)
