At CGI, I worked on designing and implementing advanced automated data pipelines for a government project, leveraging technologies such as Apache Airflow, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes. I developed and maintained complex ETL workflows to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable data processing, while also monitoring performance.

As a Data Analyst in the Workforce team at Uxcenters, I managed and processed near real-time data from various call center logging systems using advanced data pipelines. I developed comprehensive BI reports and dashboards to track performance, payroll, and revenue, providing key insights to support top management decision-making.
