-Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the school group’s educational and operational goals. -Evaluate new technologies and advise senior management on investments and best practices. -Maintain consistent standards across all school locations. -Ensure high availability of critical services (Wi Fi, internet, cloud services). -Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. -Supervise on site IT staff across schools and manage escalations. -Establish standardized helpdesk procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). -Maintain an accurate asset inventory (hardware, software, licensing) across the group. -Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, protocols, and data privacy standards. -Regularly review and test backups and recovery procedures. -Lead staff training on new technologies and digital resources. -Maintain effective communication between the central IT team and school level staff. -Prepare and manage the annual IT budget for the group of schools. -Evaluate and manage vendors, service providers, and technology suppliers. -Maintain and monitor the school’s network and internet connections. -Maintain firewall, antivirus, and other security measures. -Protect student and staff data and maintain confidentiality. -Maintain access controls and manage user accounts.

-Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment. -Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. -Set up and manage routers, switches, and access points. -Assist staff, teachers, and students with technical issues. -Support Smart Boards, projectors, interactive screens, and other classroom technology. -Maintain learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and manage user accounts. -Assist teachers with online learning platforms and digital resources. -Document installations, network changes, and technical procedures.
