Responsible for a transversal functional Business Analysts team as part of the implementation of the European standard MIFID 2 (Market In Financial Instrument directive) streams (transaction reporting and post trade transparency) for cross asset CIB trades. Main activities: - Building, coaching, training and managing a team of 20 transversal business analyst - Managing regulatory changes affecting the upstream systems and the reporting layers to support MIFID 2 requirements - Studying the impact assessment of the new MIFID regulation on the reporting of transactions to regulators and on the bank’s infrastructures - Leveraging and managing external providers to build solution - Participating on architecture, functional, Infrastructure, ARM and support topics - Participating with testing teams (Mumbai - India) to the design and the implementation of End To End testing platform - Managing communication and coordination of multi-site teams (Paris, London, Lisbon, Mumbai) - Review and validation of the functional specifications and documents - Communication to stakeholders, and report issues and risks to top management

Dans un contexte international, en lien avec l’Inde, j’ai accompagné et managé une équipe de 8 ingénieurs en développement informatique. Le challenge était de pouvoir évoluer avec des cultures différentes, et de fédérer une équipe malgré ces barrières.

Riche d’une expérience réussie en développement informatique et suite à ma certification au CNAM en marchés financiers et gestion de capitaux, j’ai intégré une équipe MOA pour intervenir sur les différentes phases d’un projet en interaction avec les clients. J’ai donc pu mettre à profit mes compétences techniques au profit des projets et assurer le support aux utilisateurs (niveau II) et ai pu suivre la mise en production des différentes fonctionnalités.

Sortie d’école d’ingénieurs, j’ai intégré BNP Paribas en tant qu’ingénieur en développement informatique. Au sein d’une équipe, j’ai réalisé les développements des modules autour de Kondor, rédigé la documentation technique et assuré le support technique de niveau II. J’ai également créé et exécuté les plans de tests pour les mettre en production. A travers cette expérience, j’ai découvert les produits financiers, et ai donc intégré le CNAM pour me spécialiser dans ce domaine.
