Since April 2022: DXC Technology - Project Management Office (PMO) – Insurance Clients: IRP AUTO (Francophone project), FEDERALE (English-speaking project), ARGENTA (English-speaking project), UNOFI (English-speaking project) Responsibilities: • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure effective mitigation. • Monitor project deliverables and processes to ensure compliance with predefined quality standards. • Collect, analyze, and communicate project performance indicators to stakeholders and management. • Track and optimize resource allocation (human, financial, material) to ensure effective project execution. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage expectations and meet requirements. • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess project progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

May 2020 – April 2022: DXC Technology – Project Manager – Dollar Universe Scheduler Migration – Auchan Project (Retail Client) Responsibilities: • Draft the project specifications. • Implement micro and macro project planning. • Ensure that the schedule is respected by all stakeholders. • Monitor actions through weekly meetings with all stakeholders. • Organize schedules based on workload. • Act as an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders.
