SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER – SQL DEVELOPER Project-1: Payroll and Statutory Development - Developing the HCM modules (HR Setup, Employee Induction, Payroll and Statutory) for different country Employer and Employees based on the government and company policies. Roles and Responsibilities: ▪ Front-end design of application (Screens) and Statutory Reports based on the Client requirement using RVW (Ramco Virtual Works) and I-Report tool for HCM (Human Capital Management) Domain. ▪ Creating Tables, Views, Functions, complex queries to develop screens and report based on business scenarios. ▪ Writing Stored Procedures for the HCM Modules (Tax Calculation, Contribution, Health Insurance, Loan Deductions etc..,). ▪ Migration of DDL, DML queries SQL stored procedures, writing rules for tax calculations based on statutory requirements. ▪ Creating Metadata in database and applying on the requirements. Project-2: Statutory Support - Supporting for the issues raised from the client and Working on the new enhancements given by the clients. Roles and Responsibilities: ▪ Involving in Front-end changes and enhancements. ▪ Changing database objects like procedures, tables, views and queries based on new requirements and modification given by clients. TECHNICAL SKILLS ▪ Domain: Human Capital Management (HCM) ▪ Languages: MS SQL, PL SQL, Power BI ▪ Databases: MS SQL Server 2008R2, 2012, Microsoft Power Query ▪ Operating Systems: Windows, Linux ▪ Applications: I-Report, Ramco Decision Works (RDW), MS SQL Server Management Studio.
