– I oversee the Data Domain Supply Chain, managing a team of five Data Product Owners and one intern. In collaboration with a team including one Lead Data Engineer and two Data Engineers, we work in a scrum framework. – My key responsibilities: – Building the Domain: Develop 102 Data Products in Production from 17 sources used by 20+ programs. Tables result from specification, development, and pre-production testing. – Data Catalog Management: Maintain Collibra data catalog with 2000+ unique attributes for data discovery. – Product Roadmap: Prioritize development based on business needs and present the roadmap during Program Increment Planning. – Access Management: Ensure table security with row-level security (RLS) for sensitive data, enabling self-service access. – Supporting Use Cases: Understand and assist various use case teams. – Main sources: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, FuturMaster, Manhattan WMS, TMS DDS Shipper, TMS Uber Freight

– Stack: SAP Data Platform (SAP HANA), GCP (BigQuery), Microsoft Power BI – As the Product Owner for the Supply Chain Domain, my responsibilities include: – Data Object Creation: Overseeing the creation of data structures in GCP (BigQuery) for S&OP and Fulfillment center data, ensuring they support critical functions – Use Case Support: Supporting two major use cases by defining requirements, overseeing development, and conducting testing to ensure data quality before production deployment – Data Quality: Implementing measures to enhance data integrity and reliability in dashboards and processes – Taxonomy Development: Collaborating with Data Stewards to create a well-structured data classification – Data Catalog Management: Maintaining a comprehensive data catalog using Collibra for easy data discovery – My role is crucial for efficient Supply Chain operations and effective data management to meet business needs

– Talend, SQL Server, Power BI – My primary role was to instill a data-driven culture within Novéal. – This involved overseeing seven approved business intelligence projects across five departments, each backed by the executive committee. – I primarily collaborated with the Supply Chain, Purchasing, R&D, Finance, and Controlling departments, delivering near real-time Power BI dashboards with data updates as frequent as every 15 minutes. – A significant part of my responsibilities revolved around ensuring data sustainability. This was achieved by implementing data extraction and transformation processes via the ETL tool, Talend, and the utilization of the Data Warehouse. Additionally, I developed complex views and stored procedures to facilitate the transfer of data from various information systems to the Data Warehouse. – In addition to project management, I also assumed the role of a Power BI trainer, offering sessions for both novice and advanced users. – Tools: Sage X3, SAP ECC, LIMS, electronic document management tool

– As a Supply Planner, my responsibilities encompass the management of an international supplier portfolio, which involves: – Aggregating and communicating requirements to suppliers across various categories of components. – Analyzing production plans, subcontracting, and raw materials – Organizing and leading cross-functional team coordination meetings, as well as monitoring and steering action plans to prevent production interruptions caused by quality, industrial, or logistical events. – I have also provided support by implementing analytical tools and decision support mechanisms using Excel and VBA for business needs. These tools aid in analyzing customer demand variability, deviations in waivers, inventory discrepancies, and the creation of performance metrics.
