– Technical leadership of software evolution: delivery of new features, robustness improvements, scalability enhancements; solution design, workload estimation, task distribution, delivery tracking and support. – Development of critical and real-time components in C++, with a focus on performance, security, multithreading, and PCI-DSS compliance. – Team management (4 developers): planning and follow-up, technical coordination, code reviews, and promotion of best practices. – Application version management: definition of backward compatibility strategies, interface (API) evolution tracking. – Ownership of database-related challenges (PostgreSQL): ensuring data consistency, schema evolution, data migrations, and performance tuning. – Analysis of technical and functional requirements, in close collaboration with specification, product, security, and operations teams. – Maintenance and improvement of the CI/CD pipeline, including integration of automated testing (unit, integration, regression). – Code quality monitoring, test coverage management, and technical debt tracking and reduction. – Facilitation of Agile ceremonies: sprint coordination, prioritization, and leading events such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Design and development of application and software module on new generation of payment terminals. Development of embedded services on M2M platform, using a standard web-based architecture. This platform relies on an embedded secure web-server to interface web applications with end terminal's services. It also serves as a gateway to the cloud. This platfrom called "Marketplace" (based on smart terminals connected to cloud) aims to provide a new channels of business for Merchants, Estate-Owner and service publishers. Where a service publisher or web-application developers can publish applications on the Marketplace and merchants can buy and download it. The both of merchant and Estate-owner benefits of commission on each in-app paying by the client.

Home Automation Industrial Project: AGORA, Smart Sweet Home Design and implementation of a cross-layer protocol ensuring interoperability of smart home ecosystems, called Agora. The designed middleware ensure heterogeneous device communication and decentralized service sharing in a local network.

Home Automation Research Project: PAL PERCEE, (Personnal Assisted Living) Design and Implementation of a multiprotocol interface gateway (MPIGate) for assisted living. – Design of MPIGate, a distributed and scalable architecture for an easier interoperability between several technologies: KNX, ZigBee, Bluetooth, WiFi in a smart home. – Implementation of MPIGate's middleware for Service Oriented Architecture based on DDS1. The main features are data collection service from heterogeneous sensors and real-time data distribution service for MPIGate's software components.
