Introduction
I am a Mechanical Engineer with just over 8 years of experience in FMCG and plant equipment maintenance, including 2.5 years in an acting managerial role. I have a strong foundation in developing and implementing plant maintenance strategies that drive OEE performance. I’m skilled in the continuous analysis of maintenance plans in order to optimise them. My hands-on background in equipment condition monitoring, combined with my ability to perform in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, enables me to deliver reliable results. I have led multi-generational, multicultural teams and successfully managed CAPEX projects from design through installation and commissioning. I hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Production Systems, with a focus on applying Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance manufacturing performance. The factory of the future must be agile to stay competitive, and my training positions me to contribute meaningfully to organizations embracing digital transformation and innovation.

Based in France but co-ordinating the uptake of the standardised Heineken Asset Care Maintenance Plans for the Heineken Souther Europe cluster. My responsibilities include ensuring that local equipment is fully compliant with the standard maintenance plans, to ensure total coverage of all equipment and to ensure the CMMS is up to date. I am responsible for the continuous analysis of the maintenance plans to look for opportunities to optimise them for quality, cost and improved uptime.
