I am a Lead SQA Engineer and Project Manager at Lucid Data Solutions, a Silicon Valley-based startup (https://luciddatas.com/). Our primary client is CompWizards (https://comp-wizards.com), a FinTech platform that enables the creation of complex and customizable compensation structures for clients worldwide. My responsibilities include developing automation scripts using Java with Selenium, performing API automation testing with Postman, and executing comprehensive manual testing. In addition to my QA duties, I lead client communications—conducting demos, facilitating daily scrum meetings, gathering requirements, and managing project workflows end-to-end.

I am responsible for leading QA efforts for E-Mareez, an advanced online healthcare and clinic management platform that bridges patients with top medical professionals across Pakistan. My role blends both software quality assurance and project management, ensuring high-quality releases and streamlined workflows. • Lead end-to-end manual and automated testing to ensure platform reliability, functionality, and user experience. • Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium for web application testing, enhancing test coverage and efficiency. • Execute API testing with Postman to validate backend integrations and ensure seamless data flow across services. • Conduct load and stress testing using JMeter to ensure system scalability and robustness under varying traffic conditions. • Drive project planning and execution using tools like Jira and Trello—managing sprints, task assignments, and tracking progress. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define testing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of features. • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as part of Agile project management practices. • Maintain thorough documentation and quality standards across test cases, bug reports, and deployment notes. With a strong foundation in test automation and Agile project management, I ensure smooth product delivery cycles while maintaining a laser focus on quality, performance, and user satisfaction.
