Business Needs & Challenges: - Amazon sellers needed a way to encourage verified customers to leave product reviews through personalized letters, while maintaining professionalism, trust, and compliance with Amazon’s policies. - The challenge was to build a system that could generate and manage customized letters at scale, incorporating personalization (names, order details) without losing the human touch. Solution & My Role: - Developed the Brief Adler platform using React.js with TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, ensuring a modern, type-safe, and scalable architecture. - Designed database schemas in MongoDB to efficiently store customer purchase details, personalization templates, and review request workflows. - Implemented dynamic template rendering and personalization logic to generate unique, customer-specific letters. - Built tools to support automated bulk processing of personalized letters while maintaining customization and quality. - Delivered a user-friendly dashboard for sellers to manage campaigns, track engagement, and measure review response rates.

Business Needs & Challenges: - Arbitrage sellers needed a faster, more reliable way to identify profitable products across multiple online retailers, filter out unviable options, and make purchase decisions in seconds. - The challenge was to extend the QikFinds.com web app into a browser extension, integrate data from diverse sources (M.A.P.S), and enable real-time profitability analysis with a seamless subscription model. Solution & My Role: - Developed the QikFinds browser extension and web platform using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. - Architected secure data storage and processing with MongoDB and deployed scalable infrastructure using AWS services. - Integrated Amazon SP-API for product data synchronization and implemented Stripe for subscription management, free trials, and recurring billing. - Built filtering and profitability analysis features, enabling sellers to quickly evaluate opportunities and avoid unprofitable products. - Delivered an intuitive UI/UX that streamlined workflows for arbitrage sellers and provided actionable insights in real-time.

Business Needs & Challenges: - Seller Repay was created to help Amazon FBA sellers maximize reimbursements, minimize unnecessary fees, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s ToS. - The challenge was to transform an internal reimbursement system into a scalable SaaS platform, capable of automating complex claims processes while ensuring reliability, security, and ease of use. Solution & My Role: - Designed and developed the full stack platform using React.js for a responsive frontend and Node.js with AWS Lambda for scalable backend services. - Built secure data pipelines and APIs, leveraging MongoDB for efficient data management and storage. - Implemented browser automation workflows to streamline reimbursement claims and reduce manual seller effort. - Architected cloud infrastructure using AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.) to ensure cost-efficient scaling and high availability. - Delivered intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that provided sellers with clear insights into their reimbursements and overall FBA performance.

Business Needs & Challenges: - Amazon sellers and agencies needed a way to analyze advertising performance across multiple campaigns. - The challenge was to build a system that could fetch data from Amazon Advertising APIs, perform real-time calculations, and present clear visual insights through charts, graphs, and summaries, enabling sellers to optimize their ad spend. Solution & My Role: - Integrated Amazon Advertising APIs to fetch campaign, keyword, and performance metrics. - Designed data pipelines and optimized ETL workflows to process large volumes of ad data efficiently. - Implemented calculation logic for ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights. - Developed a dashboard with interactive charts, graphs, and summaries for performance monitoring and trend analysis. - Ensured scalability and reliability by deploying services on AWS and automating workflows with CI/CD pipelines.
