• Analyze day-to-day issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with our IT team to achieve enhancements to internal applications and better integration with F&O • Develop engaging end-user trainings on business applications to maximize our productivity. • Functional liaison with technical team for issues or enhancements needing IT support. Including working with users to provide applicable functional specifications and system testing of patches and enhancements • Work with functional team to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. • Work with functional users to ensure continuous effective use of system to include utilizing additional delivered functionality. • Understanding business problem and provide solution • Provide timely and effective reporting on status of projects • Share business case with Senior Consultant / Team Lead for inputs • Provide support for project execution involving new solution if required • Partner with production support team to resolve user issues • Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality.

• Understanding business problem and provide solution • Working on modules like General Ledger, Account Payables, Purchasing, Inventory. • Provide timely and effective reporting on status of projects • Share business case with Senior Consultant / Team Lead for inputs • Provide support for project execution involving new solution if required • Partner with production support team to resolve user issues • General Ledger Mass Allocation • Accounts Payables Support Issues. • Through Oracle Web ADI Bulk Invoice uploading. • Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality

During Pre-Audit, we perform following tasks: • Verify the work orders, purchase orders and other contracts made by Construction, Admin and Marketing department. • Verify all the requisitions raised for advance. • Verify the salaries paid in cash as well as in advance. • Verify all the allowances, bonuses and loans paid to employees. • Verify the demands raised for mess as well as of all the residences. • Verify any other amount paid on vouchers. During Post-Audit, we perform following tasks: • Verify the running bills of the vendors. • Verify the work performed and supplies provided by the vendors. • Verify the bills against the requisitions raised. • Verify the receipts from customers. • Verify daily cash payment and cash reconciliation. • Cash count Other tasks include: • Assisting all departments. • Recommending internal controls. • Making sure that control remain intact.
