Field Services (FS) Client support in France, Benelux , Germany and Russia for Aeroderivative Gas Turbines- Manager for 30 field service engineers • Managed day-to-day FS planning onsite providing best skilled site support engineers team on time to site as agreed with client. Effectively implemented new planning oracle-based program to standardize site requests process. Recruited and trained Russian FS Engineers. • Simplified invoicing process with our package suppliers for our French customers (GB project). Reduced invoice cycle time by 50%. • Established only in few months standard processes for FS team processes to ensure safety onsite - such as weekly call with the team, audit onsite and near misses process.
