Bring a strong expertise on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and on the whole ecosystem integrated to SFCC: Customer Service (SFSC), Marketing (SFMC, Adobe Campaign) and POS (Infoware, Cylande).  Salesforce Commerce Cloud : • Define Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform architectures (DIOR, GUERLAIN & MUFE), • Design solutions to get the most out of the Salesforce MultiCloud platform, • Configure SAML Single Sign-On with Salesforce as the Identity Provider, • Supervise the built during the development and integration phases.  Salesforce Service Cloud: • Collect and formalize the needs of each House (DIOR, GUERLAIN, LOEWE, MUFE, FRESH, …) • Decline the Customer Relations objectives into action plans. • Implement and configure a CRM solution by linking the business teams, the IT department, etc. • Animate technical workshops. • Audits (Security (Health check), Performance (Optimizer),…)  Salesforce Marketing Cloud: (MUFE, FRESH, …) • Identify the interface needs between Marketing Cloud and the other Salesforce clouds and software used, • Setting up campaigns: email / SMS / push / social / ads • Master the basic functionalities of Marketing Cloud (Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio...)

Management of e-commerce projects (B2B and B2C), • Ensure the role of referent on the SFCC platform with the various stakeholders, • Coordinate all the actors of the project, manage the priorities and ensure the arbitrations, • Implementation of Marketing cloud for B2C sales and Pardot for B2B sales Salesforce Architect & Administrator: • Technical referent on the Salesforce CRM solution with the various stakeholders, • Manage the functional design phases, requirements gathering, process automation, • Ensure the training and adoption of administrators and users (support the team training in the production of training materials), • Automation: Workflows, Process Builder, flows, • Creation / update of reports, dashboards, • Understand the user needs and concerns and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

➢ Salesforce administrator: • Technical referent on the Salesforce CRM solution to the various stakeholders, • Participate in the deployment of CRM (configuration, training for administrators & users), • Manage marketing campaigns (create, test, launch emails, Studios and Builders) • Supervision and coordination of teams, animation of meetings, • Development of new Salesforce services (Apex, Webservices, etc.), • Technical contact for interfacing Salesforce with systems (ERP, websites, CRM, BI). Environment: Salesforce sales, service cloud, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Inxmail, etc. ➢ Project manager (DevOps, CRM, e-commerce & Marketing): • Management of B2C, B2B, CRM e-commerce projects (Planning, Resources and Budget), • Supervision and coordination of teams, animation of meetings with business departments, • Coordinate relations between the e-commerce team and internal and external contacts, • Support development teams in the architecture of new applications, • Management of technical acceptance activity and development packages, • Technical contact for interfacing projects with ERP systems (websites, CRM, BI), • Progress monitoring, risk management, industrialization of processes and reporting, • Management of subcontractors, planning and allocation of resources, • Creation of CI / CD pipelines (DevOps), • Automation of deployments (DevOps), • Optimization of the CI / CD pipeline (DevOps), • Contribution to the implementation of DevOps best practices, Environment: Magento, Blue martini, JIRA, Agile, J2EE, Salesforce commerce cloud, Oracle, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Docker, Docker machine, Docker Swarm, kubernetes (AWS), Cloud Google, AWS … ➢ Chief Data Officer: • Collect, organize, and ensure reliability of all essential data for Fujifilm France (Data Lake, Data Governance & Data Quality).
