Mustapha El Hachmi Mahti

Introduction

Hello, my name is Mustapha El Hachmi Mahti, I am 25 years old and I am passionate about full-stack software development and artificial intelligence. I recently completed my role as a Full Stack Developer at Groupe Actual in Toulouse, where I worked for 3 years, and I have just finished my Master's in Software Architecture at EPITECH - European Institute of Technology. I have 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field, developing applications for 50,000+ users and mobile apps with 250,000+ downloads, as detailed in my CV. I have also co-founded Syntrix, a compliance platform for financial institutions, and carried out various personal projects that you may be interested in knowing more about. Talking more about me, I'm a person who thrives on learning and innovation - when I'm not challenged, I get restless. I'm not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and tackle new technologies or complex problems, whether it's diving into AI/ML, blockchain, or exploring emerging frameworks. I believe in continuous growth and refuse to stay stuck doing the same thing repeatedly. I consider myself extremely curious, especially when it comes to cutting-edge technologies, software architecture, and entrepreneurship, so I constantly stay updated on industry trends and best practices. I'm persistent and don't give up easily, but I also maintain a realistic approach to work and project timelines, understanding that balance prevents false expectations and critical mistakes. What drives me most is transforming complex ideas into concrete, scalable solutions that have real impact on users' lives. https://mustapha-elhachmi.tech
