From March to August 2023 (5 months), I completed my internship at the LIASD laboratory, where I worked under the supervision of a research team. Throughout my internship, I contributed to the development of a mobile application designed for property inspections. My role involved collecting and preprocessing data to enhance the application's performance and improving a machine learning model for image recognition and classification. I focused on optimizing the accuracy and efficiency of the model by experimenting with different algorithms and fine-tuning hyperparameters. This project allowed me to deepen my knowledge in data processing, machine learning, and model optimization. Furthermore, this internship provided me with valuable experience in a research environment, reinforcing my ability to work on applied AI solutions.
